On the 9th hole of the Par 3 Contest at Augusta National, Masters 2006, Jack was playing with Tom Watson and Andy North. Jack's grandson was his caddy.
Jack put his tee shot on the green and got his grandson to finish off the birdie (with an assist from Andy North).
