It seems that electrocution is the punishment when one "ignores the verbal command to cease" !! Also, a mind controlled (or planted) parent sees no problem and would expect her children to be electrocuted too if they stepped out of line.

Do not think that this kind of behaviour is extreme. This IS the norm! It just so happens that there are certain truthers' out there that manage to get the footage into the public arena or alternatively the release of this footage via mainstream T.V. with narrative bias is there to make you believe it is the norm.
