She won the Long Program to place 4th overall. And she is the first to land a triple Lutz in the Ladies' event. She did a much cleaner one at the 1981 Worlds. If it weren't for Compulsory Figures, I'm sure she would've been the Gold medalist here.

Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - Pairs' Long Program - Ekaterina Gordeeva & Sergei Grinkov of the Soviet Union. A beautifully choreography and perfectly skated program. They were, to me, 1 of 3 highlights in Calgary. The other 2 were Midori Ito and the Duchesnays.
Shen Xue & Zhao Hongbo's Long Program at the 2003 World Figure Skating Championships in Washington, D.C. They won the Long Program and the Gold with this magnificient clean long program to Vanessa Mae's play on Turandot. Scored 4 6.0's.
