After my gig at the Railway Club in Vancouver, nobody seemed to want to hang out and write a song after the show with me. Luckily I found these good folks the next evening in the same town. This song is based on the timeless fable of star-crossed lovers, Velcro Man and Fuzz Girl.
The muses were distant, so we opened a book of advice for songwriters at random and found the words 'Frozen Smiles'. Then we spun the globe. Twice, the finger landed on Indonesia. The muses were not far away at all, in fact.

Performed with the Norilsk Choir "Inspirtion". Recorded May 27th at the Museum of History and Industry of Norilsk Industrial Region. Norilsk is in Northern Siberia and is the only city in the world of over 100,000 above the arctic circle.
