This Gilchrist video was designed as an aid to meditation. Hold your mind to the center and find balance. The 13 healing Mandalas (The Four Corners Suite) used as the basis of this meditation were inspired by the artist's love of the great Southwest, specifically the Four Corners area (Northeast Arizona, Southeast Utah, Southwest Colorado, and Northwest New Mexico).
This Gilchrist video outlines the artist's successful strategy for making Mandalas with people who can't quite survive without outside assistance.
